Kids & Color specializes
in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair
price. If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or
policies, please contact our customer service department. We
strive to keep a good inventory of items and sizes, however, we do at times
have to order in items that may be subject to availability or on
backorder. We will notify you if any items are on backorder,
along with an estimated delivery time. This way you can
choose to wait for the item, or choose another item. |

Shipping
We ship via USPS
Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. Priority packages are shipped
with delivery confirmation for our records. Normal
processing & shipping time varies between 7-10 days, Parcel Post may take

Returns
Unwanted items may
be returned for a full refund, less the shipping fees. Please call and make arrangements for
a return authorization # at 1-888-292-4401. Items are refundable as long as they are received back in
unworn condition within 10 days of the shipping receipt date.
Returns made after this date are subject to a 15% restock
fee. Please note that
postage and shipping charges are non refundable and you are responsible for return
postage. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS are available on personalized
items unless there was an error on our part such as spelling
of name, etc. |
